I tested out the Love Notions “Boyfriend Cardigan” in its expanded size range.

The Boyfriend Cardigan has options for mid-thigh length as well as duster length, shawl, plain, and hooded collar. Lots of options! I made the mid-thigh length first, but I’m leaning toward making my first duster after seeing the ones that the other testers made!

I used a new-to-me fabric from Surge that was a loose-weave sweater on one side, and more tight weave on the other. It’s pretty nice! It has two way stretch and holds it shape pretty nicely. I really like the look of the open weave and the heathered color here.

I can see this becoming a wardrobe staple for me. I love wearing a cardigan because you never know how temperatures will fluctuation in the old house that I’m living/working in. And also it works with a lot of outfits! I’ve already worn this three times since I made it a week ago!
